Lessons

Lessons are one half hour per week, although some students may wish to sign up for an hour lesson. Audition preparation lessons should be scheduled 3 weeks prior to an audition, and role preparation coachings are given throughout the rehearsal period of the show.

Half-hour lesson – $32.50

Repertoire

Music will be chosen with consent of both student and teacher. If the piece is not in the studio library, the student may be asked to purchase the music.

Studio Recitals

All students are encouraged to participate in studio recitals throughout the year.  Public performance is critical in the development of each performer.  Students will be notified well in advance of recital dates.  There is no fee for participation in studio recitals.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson time.  Your lesson will always end at the scheduled time, regardless of the time you arrive.

If you need to reschedule a lesson, it must be done within 24 hours of the start time.  If you reschedule within the appropriate timeframe, you will not be billed extra.  If you reschedule after the 24 hour period, you will be billed for both the original lesson time and the rescheduled lesson time.  Exceptions are made only in the case of sudden illness.

If you need to cancel a lesson, it must be done within 24 hours of the start time.  If you cancel within the appropriate timeframe, you will receive credit toward the following month’s bill.  You will not receive credit for the following month if you cancel after the 24 hour period.  Exceptions are made only in the case of sudden illness.
